Mustang was first offered for sale to the public on April 17, 1964. Twenty two thousand Mustangs were sold that day. A year later over 400,000 Mustangs were on the road. Mustang became the most iconic "pony car" of the muscle car era. Artist David Snyder has portrayed some of his favorite Mustangs in his newest painting "Feeding The Herd" with memories of the day when a busy gas station on every corner was the norm.
The featured Mustangs in this painting are owned by one of Snyder's foremost collectors and the original painting "Feeding The Herd" is now included that collection. I continue to be honored and humbled by the enthusiasm of my collectors.

Only 500 signed and numbered Limited Edition Prints and 50 signed and numbered Artist Proofs are available. The prints and artist proofs measure 17.5" x 26" and are printed on high quality acid free stock trimmed to 22" x 28". The Gallery Edition Giclee on Canvas measures 32" x 48" (the size of the original painting).
